For corrections, tips, partnership questions, or general inquiries, write to editorial@shannon.ie. That address goes to the editorial team and is checked on business days.
If you are reporting an error, include the full URL of the article and a short description of what is wrong. If you have a link to the correct information, include that too. Two or three sentences are enough. We do not need a formal letter.
Tips about County Clare topics, new services, upcoming changes, planning decisions, are welcome. We cannot promise to cover everything, but we read every message and follow up on leads that fit the site's scope.
Partnership inquiries, advertising, sponsored content, local business collaboration, should also go to editorial@shannon.ie. Be specific about what you are proposing and what you expect in return. We do not accept payment for editorial placement, but we are open to clearly labelled partnerships that serve the audience.
We aim to reply within two business days. If your question is urgent, say so in the subject line. If it is time-sensitive, a wrong event date going live tomorrow, we will prioritise it.
Shannon.ie does not have a phone number or a physical office. Email is the only reliable way to reach us.
If you do not hear back within a week, check your spam folder and then send a follow-up. Messages occasionally get lost in filters or buried under volume. We are not ignoring you.
We do not publish angry emails or forward complaints to third parties without your permission. If you are frustrated, say so. We would rather hear it directly than read it in a comment thread somewhere else.
